Our Standards
We work hard to make our customers happy and provide them with quality animals. We use the standards listed below in all of our transactions.
- All the details of each animal will be provided to the customer, hatch date, color and morph, and sex when possible. Any defects will be disclosed before any sale is completed. Possible defects include nipped tails, nipped toes, injuries, etc.
- All customers will be given a receipt that includes the animal price, shipping, and tax if applicable.
- All shipped packages will include insulation and a heat pack. The heat pack might not be used during hot summer weather.
- All customers will be given a care sheet that includes the details of the care and feeding of the purchased reptile.
- All customers may contact us before or after a transaction and discuss the care and feeding of an animal.

I had looked on the internet several weeks before I ran acrose the Scaly Babies add. The babies looked good and the price was excellent so I decided to give them a call. This was the first time I ordered dragons on the net so I was a little skeptical. I e-mailed them and called and they walked me right through the process. When I received my babies I was very surprised, I live in Ohio and Scaly Babies is in Calif., the babies were colorful, alert, and healthy looking.
